LPE, an ASM Company® has a history of innovation in the Semiconductor Wafer Equipment market for epitaxial reactors that are used in the manufacturing process for Silicon Carbide (SiC). With SiC’s growing demand as a key component in the Electric Vehicle industry, we are positioned for many strong years ahead.
