- First leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Operational point of reference for the shift, ensuring performance, safety, and quality
- Coordinates people and processes to achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement
- Ensures production targets are achieved.
- Monitors Safety, Quality, Production, People, and Cost KPIs.
- Coordinates Team Leaders and Line Operators.
- Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with Process, Engineering, and Plant Management teams
PPS – Product Process Specialist:
- Links Product, Process & Production teams
- Supports manufacturing performance and process efficiency
- Drives continuous improvement on the shopfloor
- Support production process optimization
- Solve process and production issues
- Identify waste and inefficiencies
- Improve Safety, Quality, Cost & Lead Time
- Collaborate with Engineering and suppliers
- Contribute to Lean and improvement projects
PMS – Product Maintenance Specialist:
- Ensures equipment reliability and plant performance
- Supports maintenance and manufacturing operations
- Drives continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Monitor equipment performance and availability
- Analyze failures and identify root causes
- Develop maintenance strategies
- Track maintenance KPIs (OEE/OLE)
- Support automation and new technologies
- Improve safety, efficiency and energy performance
