Tetra Pak is the world’s leading company for food processing and packaging solutions. Tetra Pak was founded by Mr. Ruben Rausing in 1951 and currently is one of three companies in the Tetra Laval Group – a private group that started in Sweden.

In Italy Tetra Pak has five main premises, Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions SpA (Modena) one of the biggest centre of Research and Development, Tetra Pak Italiana SpA (Rubiera, RE) the market company, Tetra Pak Carta SpA (Rubiera, RE) our Converting Factory for Packaging material, Tetra Pak Food Engineering (Nova Milanese MI) our Processing Solutions and Tetra Pak Closures (Sezzadio, AL) our caps manufactuter.

After the program finishes, you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

We offer two Future Talent programme tracks:

Leadership Track: Two-year programme to develop your leadership skills and give you broad business knowledge in an international environment.

Technical Track: One-year programme to develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way.
