We are looking to welcome best engineering graduates (from different engineering disciplines, including mechanical engineering, aerodynamics, electrical & electronics engineering, material sciences) who have graduated in 2019 and are available and motivated for a dedicated 6-month internship in the Ferrari Formula-One team “GES – Gestione Sportiva”.
And, where successful, for a long term role and development in Ferrari.
As for last year’s edition, the selection process is shared only with a few dedicated partner universities, qualifying requirements include:
– graduates with top academic results from engineering Master/PhD studies (with cum laude / 110-lode / 1st class honors / or international equivalents)
– graduated in the last 6 months, or to graduate by this summer 2019, therefore eligible for internship
– fluent English (and ideally some spoken Italian, for best local integration)
– international experience outside country of origin
– with prior experience acquired gained through internships or projects
– and, ideally, gained experience in Formula Student / Formula SAE / Formula-One and other racing series
Further steps in selection process as follows:
– reception of detailed CV & motivation letter (including available starting date) by Friday 17 May 2019 deadline
– selection based on the requirements listed above
– for selected applicants : Technical Test (on-line engineering questions, length approximately 3 hours) and an on-line individual test (45min)
– individuals with best results to proceed with individual video-interviews
– finalists join Ferrari in Maranello HQ for 2-day assessment center (late June and early July)
– internship projects start 1 October 2019 (duration 6 months)
