THE PROGRAM PATHS
The JUMP! Zegna Graduate program is a one–year work experience focused on learning and
development at our Zegna Headquarters in Milan, comprising a six–month internship followed by a
six–month fixed contract, with exciting opportunities to further your journey as part of the ZEGNA
family.
You will have the opportunity to be selected for one of four different paths:
• The Data Science and Digital path involves exploring digital data science, uncovering hidden
patterns, and driving innovation for the ZEGNA brand.
• The Clienteling and Partnerships path focuses on creating unique customer experiences,
forging meaningful connections, and upholding selling standards.
• The Clienteling and the China Road paths offer a remarkable opportunity for paving the way
of an international career as a pro in consumer engagement and made to measure, with
future experiences in China to become a global brand ambassador.
• The Sustainability path allows you to make a lasting impact by diving into product life cycle,
spreading awareness, and supporting initiatives for a more sustainable future.
