With KPMG’s job rotation-based tax graduate programme, you will benefit from a unique and immersive experience at KPMG Studio Associato. You will participate in an 18-month work and training programme to support your professional practice, designed to maximise your talent and boost your career.
The programme
In February 2024 you will start a six-month curricular internship with early professional practice and continue for another 12 months with a freelance position.
As a participant in KPMG’s tax graduate programme you will rotate through three areas. After the three rotations, the final specialisation team will be formed based on the participants’ personal preferences and assessments by the Performance managers who followed you throughout the process.
What you will do
You will gain comprehensive insight into the tax universe thanks to the rotations through our lines of service:
- Tax corporate/financial: tax advisory, tax compliance, tax control framework, assistance in dealings with the tax authorities;
- M&A tax: tax due diligence, research into Italian and international tax law, analysis in accordance with Italian and international regulations, tax rulings;
- Transfer pricing: analysis of tax legislation, benchmarking, analysis of financial statements and intragroup contracts, advanced theoretical study of international taxation issues.
What we expect from you
We are looking for bright, young undergraduates with a strong background in business (LM 56/LM 77) who work well on a team and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in Italian and English).
We are looking for motivated candidates who are open to new ideas and discussion, who are passionate about tax issues and who are eager to embark on a cross-cutting, multidisciplinary path which will enable them to gain hands-on skills and complete their practice for qualification as chartered accountants.
